Microsoft Sync UI is now GA

Following the initial preview release in May (release 682), the Microsoft Sync UI is now in GA (read-only mode) for all partners. Marketplace managers can use the UI to review subscriptions flagged for attention, helping them proactively manage discrepancies and ensure subscription accuracy.

In addition, we are excited to announce that the synchronization capabilities are now available in Early Access (EA). This allows eligible subscriptions to be synchronized immediately.

To access the Sync UI,

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace | Admin Tasks > Microsoft. The Sync Subscriptions page opens.
2. Click on a subscription to view and explore its attributes in detail. Subscriptions with discrepancies compared to Microsoft Partner Center data are highlighted in red for easy identification.

Feature enablement

This feature is enabled in read-only mode by default.

Setting enablement

Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings | Sync Settings. Enable Microsoft Sync Subscription.
