Enhanced Webhooks and New Webhooks Dashboard

Webhooks offer a flexible way for developers to integrate with and extend AppDirect capabilities. In this release, we are significantly upgrading the reliability and performance of webhooks.

We are also adding a new intuitive Webhooks dashboard that makes reviewing event history, identifying errors, and retrying failed events easier. With these enhancements, users can reduce the time spent on troubleshooting and significantly improve the experience by ensuring all integrations work smoothly.

Navigation:

To configure AppDirect webhooks for a marketplace as a Marketplace Manager, go to Marketplace/Store > Settings > Integration | Webhooks.

To configure AppDirect webhooks for a marketplace as a Developer, go to Manage > Billing & Distribution > Webhooks.
