Improvements to Microsoft Azure Credit Processing

We are introducing new settings to simplify the configuration of credit processing for Microsoft Azure. With this enhancement, you can easily control whether different types of credits are excluded during usage processing. In addition to this new framework for settings, we are also introducing the capability to exclude license-based first party and third-party credits.

Settings	Enabled (when value is set to true)	Disabled (when value is set to false)
Ignore All Credits	All types of credits are excluded during Azure usage processing. The values for the other settings listed below are also ignored.	Credit processing is based on the value of the settings listed below.
Ignore Non-Azure Credits	Only Non-Azure credits are excluded. All Azure credits are processed. The values for the other settings listed below are ignored.	Credit processing is based on the value of the settings listed below.
Ignore License Based First-Party Credits	Only license-based credits from first party Microsoft products (NCE) are excluded. All other credits are processed.	License-based credits from first party products are processed.
Ignore License Based Third-Party Credits	Only license-based credits from third-party products are excluded. All other credits are processed.	License-based credits from third-party products are processed.

Previously, credit processing only supported the exclusion of all credits and Non-Azure credits through multiple settings.
