View company details

The Companies page displays all of the reseller companies in your marketplace. The table on the Companies page includes the company's status, name, creation date, phone number, number of users, and access type. From there, you can display each company's details page to view additional company information. If the Reseller company owns products, the associated invoices appear with the company details.

To view companies and company details

  1. Go to Manage > Reseller > Partners > PARTNERS > Reseller Companies.
  2. (Optional) Click Show Filters to filter the companies by entering a creation date range, or defining one of the following filters:
    • Developer Status
    • Marketplace Status
    • Enabled
    • Activated
  3. (Optional) Click Download CSV to download a report file that contains details about all companies.
  4. Click Create New Company to create a new reseller or referral company. For more information, see Create reseller companies.
  5. Click any row in the Companies table. The selected company's details page appears.

Company details

The summary information includes the UUID, date the company was created, phone number, and email address. This information cannot be edited.

Edit company information

The company information displays the company name, contact information, and extra information about the company, such as the industry or company size.

To edit company information:

  1. Click Edit in company information section and edit the information in the fields in the Company Name field, or the Contact Information, About, and Custom Attributes sections.
    Alternatively, you can click Add Info to the Contact or About sections if they do not contain any information.
  2. Click Always show beside the section you want to always display in the Company Details page. When this is not enabled, click Show more to expand the Contact and About sections to view the information.
  3. Click Save.

TabDescription
UsersDisplays a tables listing users, synced users, and groups.
BillingDisplays orders (product and edition), Invoices for the reseller company's purchases (invoices for which the reseller company is the payee), payments, and opportunities created for purchases by the company.
ActivitiesDisplays a log of all operations performed by members of this company. Many operations link to the associated page (for example, if a product is purchased, there is a link to the product's profile).
Settings
  • Billing settings—Set the payment due date for invoices
  • Company Settings—Includes the following settings:
    • Enable on-device sales automation—Allows the company administrator to install iOS applications on Apple Devices.
    • Allow User Creation and Invitations—Enable or disable the ability to add and invite new users to the company.
    • Company Access—You can select Reseller Access or Referral access, and define Reseller permission.
TenantsDisplays the Microsoft and Google software instances associated with this company. Tenant users have common access to the software instance.
Assisted salesDisplays orders and opportunities that you created for customer companies.
Assignments (legacy)Displays this company's subscriptions created by the current Reseller. Resellers can view or edit this list of customer subscriptions for each company to which they are associated. You can add or remove which customers are assigned to company's subscriptions with the checkbox beside the customer name.
Manage Company options

Click the Manage Company drop-down list to link to the customer. The Link to Customer dialog appears. See Link reseller companies to customer companies.
