Product types
Important: After you create a product, the product type cannot be changed.
Each product type has different characteristics.
Some products are stacked. A stacked product can have more than one active subscription and an end user can purchase a stacked product multiple times.
Note: Most product types are only available after they are enabled by AppDirect. To request a product type, contact your AppDirect technical representative.

Web Application (manual setup) product types do not have subscription events. Integration is completed manually with email. See Manual web app integration settings. To create a Manual Web App product, see Create Manual Web App products.
You can check if a product is stacked in your Production catalog. Click Show Filter and select the stackable filter.
Developers can manage the API credentials that they use for product integrations on the Credentials page. For more information, see Manage credentials.
If you select the Download (legacy) product type, and you create features for that product, the Features tab does not appear in the product profile.
