New billing operations dashboard
Major Upgrade
With this release, AppDirect introduces a new dashboard for Billing Operations. This dashboard is a strategic tool designed to transform billing management from a reactive manual process into a proactive, automated workflow.
The dashboard provides real-time visibility into platform failures and ability to retry and manually trigger the invoice processing again from the dashboard UI.
📝 Note: This dashboard is available to Marketplace Manager roles only. It is not accessible to customers or reseller managers.
Key highlights:

The new dashboard can be accessed from: Billing > Operations > Dashboard.

The widgets at the top of the page show the total number of failed invoices and payments and the table lists the invoices/payments that failed.

Instead of relying on manual investigations, the system now displays exact error descriptions (e.g., "An error occurred while calculating tax").

Users can manage and customize their data view using the following dashboard features:
- Filter records by Date Range, UUID, or specific Failure Reason (such as tax failures or duplicate errors).
- Increase or decrease the number of rows displayed and the density of rows per page.
- Expand the table to view a full-screen mode, this helps in continuous, real-time monitoring of billing operations.

Click any row to open a dialog box containing details of the invoice/payments such as User/Company UUIDs, specific invoice numbers and the failure reason.

You can automatically generate a support ticket populated with all necessary diagnostic data for the technical team from the dashboard or the dialog box of the individual invoice or payment. Once you generate the support ticket you will receive an email confirmation from the support team confirming the successful reporting.
