Simplified MCA Attestation Flow for Microsoft Purchases
Moderate Upgrade
❗ Important: This feature is currently in Early Availability (EA) status.
The Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) attestation flow has been streamlined to improve the purchase experience for Microsoft products. With Microsoft’s new webhook support, the manual ‘Verify’ step previously required to confirm MCA completion has been removed.
Customers no longer need to manually confirm that the MCA attestation is complete before proceeding. Once the required information is submitted and the agreement is accepted, the platform automatically detects completion and allows users to continue the purchase flow. This reduces unnecessary steps and simplifies tenant creation and checkout. Customers benefit from a faster and more seamless MCA attestation process during Microsoft purchases.
