Ability to transfer Google customers between resellers

Resellers can now transfer a Google customer from one reseller to another from the quote/opportunity flow.

To enable this capability, a new checkbox is added to the quote flow that marks the quote as a transfer quote, indicating to the system to trigger the transfer flow on completion. When the checkbox is selected, and the quote is finalised, the customer account is transferred to the new reseller, followed by new Google subscriptions created on the marketplace with the new reseller. This checkbox is displayed if the transfer option is enabled. If you do not see the checkbox, contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

This streamlined process ensures a smooth transition and allows customers to take advantage of new offerings from a different reseller without disruption.
