Support for rolling back of Adobe upgrade orders

AppDirect introduces a new feature that allows partners to roll back Adobe upgrade orders (additional quantities purchased for an existing Adobe product) within a 14-day return window.

This update allows you to now return additional quantities of existing Adobe products that were purchased as an upgrade. The rollback process leverages the existing risk-free period defined in the product profile, making it easier and more flexible to manage your Adobe orders.

Feature enablement

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
