Enhancements to Large Government Agency (LGA) feature

In release 700, we added support for migrating LGA customers from the Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) to the Value Incentive Plan Marketplace (VIPMP) and into the platform. The enhancements introduced in this release include the following key capabilities:

• New LGA customer creation: Support for onboarding new LGA customers directly onto the platform.
• GOV to LGA conversion: Existing Government (GOV) customers can now be converted to LGA status at the start of their next term.
• Linked Membership participation: Ability to create Linked Memberships for newly added LGA customers or join an existing Linked Membership group.

Feature enablement

The Adobe integration must be set up, if not done already. Also, the feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

Setting enablement

No setting enablement is required.
