Enhanced reseller onboarding

With this release, Appdirect introduces the Reseller Program to enhance your reseller onboarding process with reseller-specific customization options, and a dedicated dashboard for Reseller Managers to track and manage partners.

The new Reseller Program provides:

• Reseller-centric customization fields in the form builder, leading to a customizable lead generation form to capture the right reseller prospects.
• Relevant qualification questions for reseller partners on the application form to streamline applicant management and to review and approve partners efficiently.
• Dedicated links for reseller-partner dashboards which allows the reseller manager or marketplace manager to customize the reseller dashboard for a tailored partner experience.

Once an applicant is approved through the reseller program, a reseller company is created in the marketplace.
