Update to product publishing behavior

Previously, the platform allowed products to be published when mandatory product custom fields were not filled. This resulted in unexpected behaviors. Moving forward, users will no longer be able to publish products without ensuring mandatory fields are populated.

This update impacts both Marketplace Managers and Developers.
