Support for migrating Large Government Agency (LGA) customers

In this release, we have added support for migrating LGA customers from the Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) to the Value Incentive Plan Marketplace (VIPMP) and into the platform. This update marks the first phase of the LGA rollout.

Later this quarter, we plan to introduce additional capabilities:

• Creation of new LGA customers.
• Conversion of existing Government (GOV) customers to LGA at the start of their next term.
• Creation of Linked Memberships for new LGA customers.

More details will be shared as we approach these upcoming milestones.

Feature enablement

The Adobe integration must be set up, if not done already. Also, the feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

No setting enablement is required.
