Linked Memberships platform experience

❗ Important: This feature is currently in the Early Availability (EA) status.

In response to Adobe's mandates concerning the new Linked Memberships feature, we developed backend support accompanied by a comprehensive playbook for migration, triggering Linked Memberships, and checking their status through Adobe’s APIs in release 663. While the API approach was essential for migration, it posed limitations for our partner's operations teams.

This platform experience streamlines the process and enhances the overall user experience, making it easier for resellers and Marketplace Managers to manage their customers' Linked Memberships efficiently.

Feature enablement

The Adobe integration must be set up, if not done already. To access the UI, company-level vendor settings management for partners must be enabled. Also, the feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

Only available to partners using the Adobe integration.
