Disable and enable Reseller accounts

Reseller Managers can disable the enabled account, and enable the disabled account of any Reseller that appears in the table on the Reseller Users page. Resellers with a disabled status cannot access their accounts.

To disable or enable a Reseller account

  1. Go to Manage > Reseller > Partners > Partners | Reseller Users > {userName}. The selected user's details page opens.
  2. Do one of the following depending on the current status of the selected user:
    • For accounts that are in the Enabled state, click Manage User, then select Disable account. A message confirms that the account is disabled.
    • For accounts that are in the Disabled state, click Manage User, then select Enable account. A message confirms that the account is enabled.
