Change account emails for Resellers

Reseller Managers can update the email address associated with any inactive Reseller account that appears in the table on the Reseller Users page.

To change a Reseller's account email

  1. Go to Manage > Reseller > Partners > Partners | Reseller Users > (inactive) userName. The selected user's details page opens.
  2. Click Manage User, then select Change account email. The Change Account Email dialog appears.
  3. Edit the address in the User Email field, then click Save. A message confirms the email is updated and suggests resending the email as described in Resend activation email.
