Customize reseller dashboard

The marketplace managers can now customize the dashboard view for resellers. You can customize the dashboard to:

• Hide or add a widget, the changes are reflected for all other users who view that dashboard.

• Edit the reseller dashboard for their users and customize the content by:

  • Hiding or showing widgets.

  • Editing the content and style of some of the widgets.
    The widgets that can be customized:

    • Broadcast widget
    • Welcome to your portal widget
    • Quick links

    The widgets that can not be customized:

    • Performance overview
    • Commissions
    • Billings
    • Events

  📝 Note: The reseller continues to have the option to remove the Welcome to your portal and Getting started widgets. Removing these widgets does not change the dashboard view for other users. However, once these widgets are removed they cannot be reinstalled.

To customize the dashboard:

1. Click the Programs tab, The Program Manager page opens.

2. Click Reseller Dashboard from the Program Manager Tools tile on the right hand side of the page. The Reseller Dashboard Customization Tools page opens.

3. Click Edit Dashboard.

4. Click Add Widgets and select the widgets that must be displayed on the dashboard from the list. Unselect the widgets that yu do not want displayed on teh dashboard.

5. To edit a widget, hover over the widget and click Edit Widget.

   📝 Note: The Widgets that are not editable will display a message ‘This Widget is not Editable’.

   The panel with edit options available for the selected widget opens.

6. From the panel, provide the required edits to the widget.

7. Click Publish.
   The changes are published and the dashboard view for the resellers is updated.
