Customer notification about subscription changes and cancellations

The Subscription change is in progress email notification is triggered when a subscription is changed during a self service or assisted sales flow. The Subscription cancellation is in progress email notification is triggered when a subscription is canceled during a self service or assisted sales flow.
Both of these notifications, which are disabled by default, notify the customer that their request is in progress. Marketplace Managers can enable them on the customer notifications page located at Manage > Marketplace > Settings > Custom UI | Customer Notifications. Ensure the Email notification method is selected. See Create email template content.
