View Purchases

Reseller Managers can search for and view all assisted sales that Resellers complete, on the Purchases listing page. When you click on a purchase, the Purchase details page opens and displays additional information.
Purchases list​
The Purchases listing page displays the following information for all Reseller assisted sales:
- Order placed—Order completion date and system-assigned purchase identification number
- Purchased by—Name of the reseller company and reseller sales agent who completed the purchase
- Customer—Customer's company name and the customer's name
- Total—Amount invoiced at the time of purchase including shipping (if applicable) and tax
- Status—Purchase status:
- In progress—Some or all of the items in the purchase are still being provisioned or fulfilled
- Completed—All items in the purchase are provisioned or fulfilled, or canceled
Purchase details page​
Two types of information appear on the Purchase details page:
- Purchase information panes—Information about the purchase
- Item detail panes—Information about each item in the purchase
Purchase information panes
Purchase information panes contain information that relates to the entire purchase:

View Opportunity button | Appears when the purchase was generated from an opportunity that was created on or after May 3, 2021. Click it to view the opportunity that generated the purchase. |

Item detail panes
The information that appears in item detail panes depends on whether the item is a digital product or a physical good. It can include any of the following details:
Item detail pane content

Product name | Name of the product |
Status | Item status:

Activation date | Subscription start date |
Billing date | First day for which the customer is charged |
Contract | Contract duration. If customized contract terms appear with a multiple, the total duration represents the contract term. For example:

To view and locate purchases
Go to the Purchases listing page at Manage > Reseller > Home >Purchases.
To view purchase details and the related opportunity
- Go to the Purchases listing page at Manage > Reseller > Home > Purchases.
- Click a purchase in the Purchases table. The Purchase details page opens.
- (Optional) If the opportunity was created on or after May 3, 2021, click View Opportunity. The opportunity that generated the purchase appears.
