Overview
Reseller Onboarding is a program manager UI framework which provides ecosystem marketplace operators with the necessary tools to run their own reseller onboarding programs.
The Program Manager is a dedicated hub where reseller managers can access resources and tools to build, test, and publish their applications in a marketplace. The Dev Center allows This ecosystem allows resellers to integrate their solutions with minimal involvement from the marketplace owner. This framework enables the reseller managers to create a customizable experience to onboard resellers.
You can use the program manager to:
- Customize reseller onboarding - A customizable survey that gathers role-specific data to drive customized onboarding experiences.
- Manage applicants - A comprehensive Applicant Management System for the marketplace managers to effectively capture, display, and manage applicants generated from various onboarding questionnaires across multiple programs with configurable email notifications.
- Edit program homepage - Editable dashboards tailored to fit your onboarding needs within the marketplace.
- Customize login page - Customizable login pages that reflect the marketplace operator's branding. This creates a more personalized and engaging user experience, improves user satisfaction, and helps attract potential users looking for brand-centric solutions.
The user interface (UI) integrates seamlessly with the storefront builder's what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) editor. Also, advanced end-to-end automation is possible with an event-driven architecture and integration with the existing Webhooks feature.
