Download template PDF files

Note: This feature only supports invoice template customizations. Document Builder, which supports both invoice and quote template customizations, might be available on your marketplace. See Document Builder.

can download the template preview view, and templates displaying mock data, in PDF format.

To download template PDFs

  1. Go to . The Invoice templates list page opens.
  2. Click invoiceName. The invoice details page opens.
  3. Pause on the space between the upper edge of the invoice preview page and the upper edge of the preview pane. A menu bar appears.
  4. Click the download icon. The PDF of the invoice preview view (without mock data) automatically downloads to your local default downloads folder.
  5. Click Preview PDF. The template with mock data appears in the preview pane.
  6. Pause on the space between the upper edge of the invoice preview page and the upper edge of the preview pane. A menu bar appears.
  7. Click the download icon. The PDF of the preview PDF view (with mock data) automatically downloads to your local default downloads folder.
